I believe that we each already have what it takes to grow, but sometimes we need support with reconnecting to and trusting our inner guides. I use a blend of humanistic, relational, and embodied approaches, including IFS, EMDR, and narrative therapy, to help you build insight for a greater sense of inner safety and trust.
I often have clients come to me feeling stuck or frustrated with their past experiences in therapy. My goal is to help take you beyond talk therapy. So often we consult our minds to make sense of what is happening or why it happened. Insight is an important first step, and our bodies are also powerful messengers that can allow us to gain a deeper awareness for what we need to heal. Together, we can explore what isn’t serving you anymore and find tools that you can use long after our sessions have ended.
My practice is a queer-allied, gender-affirming, and anti-racist, where all are welcome. I strive to help you build a sense of inner trust with yourself, a greater sense of safety in an uncertain world, and a chance for deeper connection to the relationships that matter to you most. I work with adults who are ready to delve deeper, getting to the root of behaviors or patterns that are no longer serving them.
I offer session in person and virtually via a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
