- Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions
- Colorado
The foundations of my work and life philosophy are about balance and self compassion. I aim to help people find the balance within themselves and feel like they have control over their lives again.
My goal as a therapist is to allow you to explore and examine your life in a new way without fear of judgement. I hope to help you better understand yourself and build a more meaningful life. You can expect kindness, authenticity, gentle challenges, pop culture references, and maybe even a swear word or two. I firmly believe that there is a place for humor in therapy.
I use modalities such as ERP, CBT, and EMDR (among others), and I always use a relational approach with this knowing that the therapeutic relationship can be healing and vital to create safety in the space.
