I’m a psychotherapist with extensive experience working with trauma, attachment wounds, and nervous system dysregulation. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I offer a supportive space where you can explore what feels heavy, confusing, or tender at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, drawing from somatic therapy, EMDR, parts work (IFS), and a multicultural lens. I pay close attention to the wisdom of the body, the stories we carry, and the patterns that once protected us but may no longer serve us.
Together, we’ll work to heal old wounds, strengthen your connection to your authentic self, and support you in building the meaningful, healthy relationships you deserve. I offer a free 30-minute consultation so we can get a sense of whether we’re the right fit.
