I firmly believe the relationship between client and therapist—you and me—is the foundation for growth in therapy. So let me introduce myself.
After more than 10 years as a clinical social worker and program manager in large hospital systems, I realized I needed more balance in my own life and opened my private practice. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and it allows me to focus fully on what I love most: helping people heal and grow.
My approach begins with building trust through supportive, strengths-based care. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) while also drawing from my training in EMDR, FLASH and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Theoretically, I use a psychodynamic and attachment perspectives to understand your life, experiences, and narrative.
I support individuals navigating healthcare crises, historical trauma, life transitions and mid-life challenges, fertility and family building, relationship endings and divorce, and sexuality and gender exploration. I also have extensive experience working with and supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families. I am also a WPATH GEI SOC8 Certified Member and can write gender affirming surgical letters.
