Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and somatic psychotherapist. I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth and identity issues. My approach to therapy is warm, strengths-based, and holistic. I also proudly identify as a queer woman of color, and am committed to offering an affirming space for AAPI, QTBIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
My clients often use therapy to alleviate stress, anxiety, post-trauma symptoms, self-esteem issues, and relational problems. I have an integrative approach which means I incorporate a mix of modalities to provide effective, holistic care. I will guide you through exploration of your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and bodily sensations to help you build mind-body awareness and develop the ability to remain regulated through life's stressors and problems.
I also value our therapeutic relationship as part of the change process and offer an open, warm, and direct approach to communicating with you. My aim is to provide a space where you can confidently communicate your needs and boundaries, and feel accepted for who you are.
I provide sessions via telehealth to adults living in Washington, Oregon, and California. If you'd like to explore whether we are a good fit to work together, please contact me for a free consultation.
