My specialty area is helping people have a more peaceful relationship with their bodies. I specialize in working with folks with disordered eating, body image concerns, chronic health diagnoses, and all manners of changing bodies. My goal is to help you reduce the amount of time you spend thinking about food and your body and spend more time engaging in the things that matter most to you in life.

Many of us are walking around with narratives about our bodies we picked up from outside sources like our culture or our family. These may not even be stories you agree with and we will work together to untangle what is yours, and what are the beliefs of others that you can set down. I believe your body is not a problem to be solved, fixed, or punished.

I work from weight neutral, size-inclusive and anti-diet perspectives. I utilize body liberation and social justice approaches with clients as I believe these are necessary components to do this work.
