Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, stuck in patterns that no longer fit, and weighed down by the more intricate questions of being human. Through a humanistic approach informed by mindfulness and existential therapy, I help adults slow down, reconnect with their inner experience, and explore questions of meaning, purpose, and self-trust.
When you feel stuck, therapy with me begins with a nonjudgmental space that invites awareness, curiosity, and connection to your thoughts, feelings, and emotional world. I incorporate evidence-based skills and tools into therapy to help you feel supported and empowered as you work toward meaningful change.
Our work will be guided by a mindfulness-based approach, where I integrate therapeutic modalities tailored to you. I commonly use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as foundational tools to support clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, loss, trauma, self- esteem challenges, and the complexities of life transitions.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I approach your concerns by understanding you as a whole person, not just the symptoms you’re experiencing.
If you feel ready to take the next step, I offer a 15-minute consultation to ensure we’re a good fit. I would love to support you—or someone you care about—in finding relief and moving toward a better quality of life.
