With over a decade of experience in advocacy, sexual health, and systemic change, I bring a unique perspective to my work as a therapist. My background in navigating systems informs my approach, offering a welcoming and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, affirmed, and empowered. I specialize in reproductive decision-making and bodily autonomy for people with uteruses. I support adults in all aspects of sex work, whether empowering or challenging, and those exploring kink identities. I also provide LGBTQIA+-affirming care, embracing diverse gender and sexual expression, relationships, spirituality, trauma, and more.
My therapeutic style is relational, affirming, and rooted in harm reduction. I draw from culturally responsive, client-centered, strengths-based, narrative, and somatic approaches, as well as CBT, ACT, DBT, and existential therapy to support each client’s unique needs. Additionally, I bring a nature-based lens to my work.
I believe that individuals are the experts in their own lives, and I am here to support and empower their journeys. As a clinician, I aim to incorporate this insight and experience to meet the needs of my clients, acknowledging that we do not exist in isolation. If you resonate with this approach, I welcome you to connect with me.
