My purpose as a therapist is to walk alongside you—to honor your story, hold space for healing, and help you reconnect with the strength that’s already within you.
I know that trauma and life transitions affect each of us in different ways. Whether you're grieving, facing relationship challenges, or carrying complex experiences. I offer a safe and compassionate space where all of you are welcome. A space that’s culturally aware, non-judgmental, and focused on your growth.
Therapy is about coming home to yourself; reclaiming the parts of you that may have been silenced, dismissed, or stretched too thin by life. And the fact that you're even reading this tells me something important: you're already doing the work. Reaching out is a brave and powerful step toward deeper healing and self-trust.
You don’t have to do this alone.
I support people who are:
Parenting through stress, uncertainty, or generational patterns they’re ready to shift
Wanting more intentional and fulfilling relationships
Navigating major life transitions: like migration, divorce, separation, or school changes
Coping with grief, loss, or identity shifts
Struggling with anxiety or depression
I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that honors your lived experience and supports your goals. My role isn’t to lead or push you, it's to move with you, listen deeply, and create a space where healing feels possible.
Your past doesn’t have to define your future. You're allowed to grow, rest, and feel whole, on your own terms.
