Is your smart, sassy daughter struggling to get out of her own way? Are you an overwhelmed mom struggling to "do it all?" Whether it is huge emotions, anxiety or feeling consumed by it all, I empower pre-teen girls and busy moms to overcome hurdles and live with more ease. It's the brave who go to therapy, not the weak.
Using creativity and fun, therapy with me can address problems that seem overwhelming. Play therapy uses the language of children, the language of play, to address struggles and difficult topics. EMDR can be used to help overcome difficult life experiences that seem to be getting in the way.
Building a positive relationship with clients is very important and I value your insights into what might be going on. I love to laugh and find creative ways to express feelings and problem solve. I would be honored to work with you and/or your child!
