I've been working with individuals and couples for over 12 years, and it would be my privilege to walk beside you as you find healing for yourself, and your relationship. Many of my clients report feeling sad, anxious, and overwhelmed, and they don’t know how to change that. Whether they feel disconnected from their partner, or their past trauma is keeping them stuck, they feel lost and alone. If this sounds like you, you are not alone! I can help you find healing, change the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and reconnect with your partner.

My office is a safe space for you to share what’s on your mind and heart. I'll help you express your feelings and needs, to learn new ways to relate to your partner, and provide you with tools to change what’s not working. You will be heard, respected, and cared for, so that trust and connection can be rebuilt. Don't let your past hold you back.
