Welcome! I’m Rachel, and I’m passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges and create a life filled with meaning and purpose.
Since 2004, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting people through mental health and substance use recovery. My experience spans all levels of care, including outpatient settings, private practice, and leadership roles in integrated mental health and addiction care.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC and a Licensed Addiction Counselor LAC. I hold an advanced Certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, EMDR. I am also trained in evidenced based practices like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Polyvagal theory, Ego states/Parts Work, Mental Health Nutrition, and Grief and Loss. Some of my areas of expertise include: Trauma and mood disorders, Substance and Behavioral addictions, Pre- and post-bariatric surgery support, and Binge eating disorder.
In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we work collaboratively to address your personal goals and what matter most to you. My approach is rooted in empathy and evidence-based practices, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings while developing strategies for lasting change.
I believe recovery is possible—for both mental health and substance use—and I’m committed to helping you discover your purpose and a life worth living.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, let’s connect. Together, we can create a path to a fulfilling and meaningful life.
