As a Colorado native with over a decade of experience in social work, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting the growth and resilience of children, teens, and young adults. My journey has taken me from Head Start classrooms and homelessness prevention programs to school-based settings and clinical psychotherapy. These diverse experiences have reinforced my belief that every individual has a unique set of strengths waiting to be uncovered.
I believe the heart of successful therapy lies in a genuine connection. By building a relationship rooted in trust, empathy, and compassion, I create a space where you can find your voice and navigate life’s transitions with confidence. I use a blend of evidence-based and creative tools—including Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and CBT—to help manage anxiety, trauma, and emotional challenges. My goal is to walk alongside you as you work toward becoming the best version of yourself.
