If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, disconnected, or exhausted, therapy can be a place to slow things down and get honest about what’s really happening, without judgment. Many people come to me feeling like they’ve tried to “push through” for a long time, but the patterns keep showing up emotionally, in relationships, and in how they view themselves.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I care about you feeling safe and understood, and I also care about therapy being useful. I take a whole-person perspective because I believe everything is connected—your past experiences, nervous system responses, coping strategies, and the way life feels day to day.
Our work will be tailored to you. Depending on your needs and goals, sessions may focus on building steadier emotional regulation, strengthening boundaries and communication, reducing shame and self-criticism, and processing painful experiences in a paced and supportive way. I often draw from evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and narrative therapy when they fit, and we’ll choose what best supports your progress.
If this feels like a fit, you’re welcome to reach out to get started.
