I’m so encouraged you are bravely seeking the support you need! Pursuing healing can feel like standing on the edge of a cliff and finding the strength to dwell there for a season. The vista on the horizon is hopeful, but the view down into the ravine of emotional pain can be terrifying. My own healing journey began when the cost of silencing parts of myself overtook my fear of the grief that wholeness invites. As a therapist, facilitating people’s journey back to their true selves is my greatest joy.
I specialize in relational symptoms of childhood trauma and abuse, working with adult children of parents with personality disorders, Highly Sensitive People and survivors of sexual abuse and incest. My work with youth (ages 8-12) and parents combines play and talk therapy to foster self-awareness, build self-regulation skills and decode confusing behavior.
I invite you to exile nothing and allow every choice you made to survive your story be told, reframed, and cared for in order to dispel shame.
