My ideal clients are older adults and family members who feel overwhelmed by aging related decisions. They may be navigating medical changes, housing transitions, caregiving roles, chronic illness, or grief and loss. Often, they feel pulled in many directions, unsure how to balance their own needs with those of loved ones. They want clarity, emotional support, and confidence in their decisions, along with a space where they can process feelings without judgment.
Realizing you need help is the first step!
I specialize in supporting older adults and families through aging, caregiving, grief, and chronic illness. I also work with individuals of all ages navigating bereavement and significant life losses. With a background in home health, solution focused counseling and brief therapy, I provide practical guidance alongside compassionate emotional support.
Grief, loss, aging, and caregiving can feel heavy and isolating, especially when decisions affect the whole family. You do not have to carry this alone. I offer a safe, supportive space to process loss, explore emotions, and build tools that feel realistic and grounding. Reaching out can be a meaningful first step toward relief and clarity.
