I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado, Denver. I have experience in community mental health as a Peer Support Specialist, working with adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illnesses, homelessness, trauma, and substance use. I combine Person Centered Therapy, Multicultural Counseling, and Mindfulness. My approach is tailored to each individual, weaving together these diverse modalities to support holistic growth and self-discovery.
