- Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions
- Colorado
I practice out of the belief that we are all inherently good inside, but trauma and life can leave us stuck in beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve us. My approach to therapy is to help clients recognize these unhelpful patterns, gently deconstruct them, and create new ways of being so that life is no longer defined by their trauma. My primary role as a therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental space that encourages clients in the audacious practice of self-love. I am committed to listening, believing, and challenging clients on their journey toward healing and growth.
Clients can expect me to really encourage a relationship to Self that allows for self-understanding and self-compassion. As my client, I will to listen to you, learn from you, and offer you some therapeutic lenses and tools to help you understand the different parts of yourself. Together we will work to connect with and respond to all the parts of you in a compassionate way. We will go at your pace, but that doesn't mean you won't experience challenge.
