As a Systemic Therapist in private practice, I specialize in supporting couples, families, individuals, including children and teens, as well as those navigating end-of-life. With over 15 years of experience in the mental and behavioral health fields, I bring a compassionate and integrative approach to my work.
I specialize in Systemic Therapy, which focuses on second-order change. Second-order change goes beyond symptom relief to create deep, lasting transformation. Rather than simply managing problems, this approach helps individuals, couples, and families shift the underlying patterns, roles, and beliefs that keep you stuck. When these core dynamics change, new ways of relating naturally emerge, making progress feel more sustainable and meaningful. Our work together will be growth orientated and life-affirming, so you can reconnect with yourself and your loved ones with deeper clarity, authenticity, and congruence.
My practice draws from a range of modalities, including the Virginia Satir Human Growth Model, General Systems Theory, Strategic Therapy, Brainspotting, Family Systems, somatic awareness and body-based work, Sand Tray Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the power of connection and the innate potential for growth and healing in every person and relationship.
