I am a licensed counselor who works exclusively with adults, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related concerns. I often support clients who are insightful and motivated but feel stuck in patterns that don’t shift through awareness alone. My work is especially well-suited for individuals seeking deeper, experiential therapy rather than solely talk-based approaches.

My clinical approach is trauma-informed and integrative. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic approaches, and person-centered therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor treatment to help clients process past experiences, regulate their nervous systems, and develop more adaptive ways of relating to themselves and the world.

At the core of my work is the belief that symptoms are meaningful responses shaped by experience, not personal failures. I emphasize safety, collaboration, and pacing, helping clients build internal resources while working toward lasting change. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can develop greater self-compassion, emotional flexibility, and a stronger sense of agency in their lives.
