You look put together, you show up, and you get things done. And yet, something feels off. The same fight. The same anxiety spike. The same pull toward a habit you swore you were done with. Maybe you've even tried therapy before that focused on coping skills, but you’re starting to suspect the problem isn’t a lack of tools; it’s something deeper driving the pattern. That’s where I work. I’m a psychodynamic therapist with a psychoanalytic lens. That means we don’t just manage symptoms, we get curious about them. We slow down enough to notice how your history lives in your present.

You are the expert on your experience. My role is to listen closely and to offer reflections and challenges that open something new. The goal isn’t to fix you. It’s to help you understand yourself in a way that makes real change possible. Change comes from insight, not pressure. Our work will be thoughtful, direct, and grounded.
