I work with men, including outdoorsmen, professionals, creatives, and young adults who feel pressure to keep everything together on their own. You may find yourself caught in the same patterns of anxiety, depression, relationships, or habits that don’t change, despite insight and effort. You want to feel better, but it feels like something in you is working against you. Therapy offers you a space to slow down and listen differently to what exists beneath the surface; not just to cope, but to understand.

The clients I work with want more than symptom relief and are willing to get curious about their experience. You are the expert on your life. My role is to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and offer reflections that allow something new to emerge. This process is collaborative, grounded, and non-judgmental. I’m a Master’s-level intern therapist offering reduced-fee sessions to increase access to care. Prior to therapy, I worked for 15 years in theatre and film. I’m also an avid fly fisherman and value the healing power of nature. If something here resonates, I invite you to reach out.
