Have you ever been told that you're "too much," "hard to read," "emotionally intense," or "always in your head?" If so, then there's a good chance that you and I will get along just fine. These could be patterns- often brilliant, often protective- that made sense once and now might be causing friction with your relationships, your emotions, or your sense of self. My job isn't to "fix" these things, but to help you understand these patterns, work with them, and decide what you want to keep, change, or renegotiate.
I work with people who:
Feel emotions at full volume (or sometimes not at all)
Struggle with identity, trust, or fear of abandonment
Get labeled as "manipulative," "cold," "dramatic," or "difficult"
Want real change, not just coping hacks
I blend evidence-based work with something deeply underrated: honesty and humor. Therapy can be intense-especially when we're talking about long-standing patterns-so we'll take the work seriously without taking you apart. You can expect direct but compassionate conversations, curiosity instead of judgment, and a therapist who isn't scared off by anger, detachment, devaluation, or idealization.
If you have ever wondered "Who am I when I'm not reacting to someone else?" Or "What does this behavior protect me from?" then I am the person for you.
Whether you have a formal diagnosis, suspicions, or just feel like your inner world runs on a different operating system, you're welcome here. Labels can be useful tools- but they don't define depth, intelligence, or worth of a person. If you're ready to look at your patterns without being shamed for them- and maybe even laugh once or twice along the way-I'd be glad to work with you.
