Hi, I’m Char and I'm here for you. I am experienced in helping adults who have experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief /loss, adult ADHD, and hoarding disorder. I was a registered dental hygienist for over 20 years and understand how everything in the body is connected and the importance of seeing each person as a complex whole. EMDR trained, I utilize a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach with a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic techniques, motivational interviewing and mindfulness.
Whatever you are going through, my role is help you make sense of it and support you on your journey. I provide you with the space to discuss and process what you have experienced, are currently going through, and empower you with tools to help you manage challenges in the future. I want to help you learn from your experiences so you can grow and move forward with confidence to live the life you have imagined.
