I am a licensed social worker with training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and experience working across a range of clinical settings, including hospitals, treatment centers, outpatient offices, and virtual care. Much of my career has been rooted in non-profit mental health, guided by a commitment to increasing access to thoughtful, compassionate, and effective mental health services. I currently am under the supervision of Rachel Taylor, LCSW while I receive my clinical hours.
I work with adolescents, adults, and families, supporting emotional well-being through increased self-awareness and insight. My clinical foundation has an emphasis on the mind-body connection, and I am currently in training for Psychodramatic Therapy. I have also completed specialized coursework in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). As a Registered Yoga Teacher in addition to my MSW degree, I integrate mindfulness practices and somatic awareness into the therapeutic space when appropriate. I also bring several years of experience working with individuals impacted by substance use disorders.
I believe healing is not linear, and therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about creating space for understanding, integration, and growth. Our work together offers a supportive environment to gently explore and release shame, guilt, and self-doubt, while cultivating greater connection to your inner experience and sense of self.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from evidence-based and experiential modalities such as somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I work relationally and collaboratively, tailoring each session to meet you where you are. By weaving clinical skill with embodied and intuitive practices, I aim to support your unique path toward healing, balance, and meaningful change.
