I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults struggling with PTSD, Complex PTSD (CPTSD), complicated grief, anxiety, depression, dissociation, and the long-term impact of overwhelming or painful life events. My work is grounded, compassionate, and carefully paced to help you feel safe enough to begin real healing.
I specialize in trauma treatment and grief therapy, supporting clients as they work through the nervous system effects of trauma, loss, and relational wounds. Many people I work with feel emotionally flooded, shut down, or caught in cycles they can’t seem to escape. Over time, therapy can help restore a sense of stability, clarity, and connection—to yourself and to others. I also help individuals navigate relationship struggles shaped by trauma, attachment injuries, and major life transitions.
I am an EMDR Approved Consultant with advanced training in evidence-based trauma therapies. My approach integrates EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Therapy (IFT), and other trauma-focused modalities, tailored to each client’s needs. Clients often describe our sessions as calm, attuned, and deeply validating—an environment where even difficult experiences can be approached with care and respect.
