You can usually figure things out on your own, but lately your old strategies have stopped working. Something feels off and you can't quite name it. You might be rethinking your career, struggling in your relationships, or carrying a sense of shame or emptiness you've never talked about. If you have ADHD or autism, years of masking may have left you feeling disconnected from who you actually are. You're finding that logic alone isn't enough to solve your current problems. You're not looking for quick fixes. You want real understanding and genuine growth. You're ready to do the work and just need someone who gets it.

Prior to counseling, I spent nearly 15 years in the business world. I understand the chronic stress, high expectations, and loss of purpose that can come with demanding careers. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach draws on ACT, CBT, and mindfulness, evidence-based methods focused on the inner work that creates lasting change.

Reaching out for help isn't easy, especially when you're used to handling things yourself. I get that. My role isn't to have all the answers but to help you feel seen, understood, and supported as you find a way forward.
