Hello! I’m Amy Monreal, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families find healing and connection. Maybe you are in a relationship where conflict is difficult to navigate, and you feel stuck in patterns that leave you feeling frustrated and alone. Perhaps you are ready to heal past wounds and need support rediscovering who you truly are beyond the hurt. I believe every person deserves healing and relationships that are safe, supportive, and loving.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches and a deep respect for each client’s unique story, values and background.
I specialize in:
Couples Therapy – I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to help partners strengthen emotional intimacy and connection.
Family Therapy – I use Family Systems Therapy to support families through conflict, transitions, and build healthier dynamics.
Trauma Therapy – I incorporate Brainspotting and Somatic Therapy to process trauma with a focus on honoring our bodies.
My goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and create the life and relationships you truly want.
If you’re ready to make changes in your life, I’d love to support you on your journey!
