Trevor is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado working with adults and adolescents (12+) experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. He also supports clients navigating more complex concerns, including bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, psychosis, and high emotional intensity. He has a strong focus on helping individuals unpack religious trauma and high-control environments, especially those learning to trust themselves again after years of conditioning.
His approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Trevor integrates person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT-informed skills, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and insight-oriented work to help clients build real tools while also understanding deeper patterns. He provides affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and those redefining themselves outside of restrictive systems, and currently offers Telehealth sessions in Colorado under Clinical Supervision.
