Do you feel stuck in cycles of intrusive or obsessive thoughts that won’t let go? Do you try to reason with them, only to feel more stuck? Maybe you find yourself spending hours analyzing your thoughts, searching for certainty online, or replaying interactions trying to “figure it out.” And even when you get relief, it doesn’t last.
I specialize in helping people struggling with OCD break free from these patterns of rumination, reassurance-seeking, and mental compulsions so they can reconnect with their lives in a more grounded way.
OCD can show up as rumination, checking, repeating, doing things “just right,” and many other patterns. In my work with clients, I take a practical, supportive approach tailored to how your mind actually works. I can help you develop tools to change your relationship with both your thoughts and behaviors so you can reduce the grip OCD has on your daily life.
I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My approach is also informed by ACT, mindfulness, and somatic principles like grounding and nervous system regulation to support integrative healing. My goal is to ensure that you feel safe and supported in our work together.
