Your mind refuses to let things go. Your thoughts feel intrusive, repetitive, and sometimes even disturbing; and no matter how much you try to figure them out, you just can't seem to get relief. You might find yourself stuck in loops of rumination, constantly questioning your relationships, your choices, or even who you are. The more you try to get certainty, the worse it feels.
I specialize in working with OCD, intrusive and obsessive thoughts, and other anxiety disorders. I help people step out of the cycle of overthinking, reassurance seeking, and physical and mental compulsions so they can actually feel present and grounded again.
Our work together will be practical, supportive, and tailored to how your mind actually works. You will never be judged for your OCD content and you won't have to face it alone. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, respect, and person centered treatment.
I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My approach is also informed by ACT, mindfulness, and somatic principles like grounding and nervous system regulation to support integrative healing.
