You feel trapped in your own mind. You spend hours Googling, trying to figure out if your thoughts mean something about who you are. No matter how much reassurance you get, the doubt and fear only seem to come back. The thoughts feel intrusive, obsessive, and impossible to ignore; pulling you into cycles of rumination, anxiety and compulsive safety behaviors that only tighten OCD's grip. Living with uncertainty feels overwhelming and exhausting. If this resonates with you, you are not alone and you are not stuck this way. I specialize in helping people break free from OCD patterns and behaviors so they can get back to their lives.
OCD can show up as rumination, checking, repeating, doing things “just right,” and many other patterns. In our work together, I take a practical, supportive approach tailored to how your mind actually works. I’ll help you develop tools to change your relationship with both your thoughts and behaviors so you can reduce the grip OCD has on your daily life.
I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My approach is also informed by ACT, mindfulness, and somatic principles like grounding and nervous system regulation to support integrative healing. My goal is to ensure that you feel safe and supported in our work together.
