My work centers on creating a space where honesty feels possible—where your story can be explored with curiosity, respect, and care. The moments I witness are often raw and challenging, but they are also where real change begins.
I help couples reconnect—improving communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening intimacy, whether they’re facing disconnection, conflict, or the aftermath of infidelity. My role is to ensure both partners feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward together.
For individuals facing anxiety, depression, or struggles with self-worth and body image, I offer support that is both compassionate and practical. Together, we identify what’s holding you back, develop tools to navigate it, and create space for lasting growth and self-acceptance.
