My mission is simple: to create a safe, respectful space where clients can honestly explore and learn from their personal stories. It is a true honor to witness and support these moments of discovery—moments that are often raw, challenging, and deeply transformative.
I work with couples who want to improve communication, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, and navigate complex issues such as infidelity or disconnection. My goal is to foster a supportive environment where both partners feel heard and empowered to build a more fulfilling relationship. In addition, I love to see couples seeking premarital counseling, as this helps build a strong foundation for their future together.
I also support individuals facing anxiety, depression, and related challenges. This often includes work around self-esteem, body image, and, in some cases, self-harm. Together, we identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and move toward greater emotional resilience and self-acceptance.
