Struggle takes many forms, and while I focus on trauma, grief, anxiety and depression, I am willing to help anyone who may benefit from what I can offer.
I use a combination of non-directive, CBT, DBT and narrative therapies, as well as mindfulness and psychoeducation, and believe that the best approach is flexibility. We are all an unfolding process, and as progress is made and goals evolve, so should the approach. I will continually tailor our work together to best meet your needs.
