You deserve a space where you can be fully seen—where you don’t have to perform or pretend. I work with teens and young adults to navigate identity, trauma, eating disorders, transitions, and religious deconstruction. Therapy with me is reflective, curious, and full of grace. I believe you already have the resilience you need; I’m here to help you find it again. With humor, metaphor, and mindfulness, we’ll explore patterns and build tools that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to who you are.
I’m person-centered and integrate REBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based practices. I also draw from my own background in eating disorders and religious trauma. My style is warm, creative, and gently challenging. I offer virtual and in-person sessions (hybrid available), and I meet clients where they are—with flexibility, kindness, and authenticity.
Raised in a highly demanding religious home and homeschooled, I understand what it means to question, grieve, and rebuild. I love Brené Brown’s reminder that “true belonging doesn’t require you to change who you are; it requires you to be who you are.” You don’t have to do this alone. Therapy can be the first step toward coming home to yourself.
