Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or others? You may be navigating anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, low self-esteem, or difficulty trusting. I take a person-centered approach, offering a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. At times, life can cause us to lose hope in ourselves or our situation. In those moments, I hold hope for my clients and gently guide them toward reconnecting with their own—until they’re ready to carry it forward themselves.
I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and OCD using EMDR and ERP. EMDR helps process distressing experiences that continue to impact your present, while ERP supports you in reducing anxiety by gently changing patterns of avoidance. I offer a supportive, person-centered approach, ensuring therapy feels safe, paced, and aligned with your goals.
