Many of the men I work with feel cut off from their emotions, weighed down by anxiety, and uncertain about how to manage stress at work or at home. Together, we uncover what’s getting in the way, rebuild connection to self, and cultivate the tools needed for healthier relationships and a more balanced, rewarding life.
Throughout my career, I have worked with students and professionals who struggle to find balance between success, self-acceptance, and connection. In session, you will learn tools to relate to anxious or critical parts in new ways to alleviate stress. All while developing your ability to succeed and nurture meaningful relationships.
My therapeutic style is relaxed, down-to-earth, and centered on genuine connection. I believe healing happens best in an environment that feels comfortable, conversational, and free of judgment or pretense. Clients often find that this approachable style helps them open up more easily and make meaningful, lasting progress.
