Hello and welcome. I have been in private practice for about 8 years. I received my undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University and my graduate degree from Colorado Christian University. I live in Castle Rock and am married with 2 kids. I grew up in Southern Arizona and miss the desert. I love exploring the mountains of Colorado by hiking, camping, and backpacking when I can.
When you feel heard and understood you don’t feel as alone. When you have someone with you in your pain and uncertainty, life becomes a little easier to manage. I hope to be that person for you. I believe you can experience the power and healing that can come from having a caring counselor to help you process through your life struggles and challenges.
I see counseling as a healing journey that you and I go on together. I utilize different techniques including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered, and Solution Focused Therapies. I customize each session to your needs and recognize that each person I work with is unique and in need of different interventions at different times. I hope to join you on your healing journey.
