In our work together, you’ll find a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where you can feel truly seen and supported. I believe healing begins with safety and connection, so I approach therapy with presence, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. My style is direct yet compassionate—I will gently challenge you when needed while honoring your pace and readiness for change. Together, we’ll make sense of the patterns that feel confusing or painful and begin creating new, more empowering ways of relating to yourself and others.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and children navigating trauma, attachment wounds, and relational challenges. As an EMDR Certified Therapist with advanced training in the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based work, Sandplay, and Play Therapy, I tailor our work to your specific goals and developmental needs. Whether we are processing past trauma, strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, or helping a child express big emotions safely, I integrate evidence-based approaches with deep relational care.
My hope is that through our work, you will build confidence, strengthen resilience, and experience greater connection in your relationships. Therapy can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re ready to take the next step—or simply curious about beginning—I invite you to reach out for a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
