I’m a licensed Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist and Coach, offering 1:1 sessions, healing circles, and plant medicine preparation & integration. I am passionate about supporting people in living more authentic, soulful, empowered lives.

We aren’t meant to hold the ups and downs of life alone. The nurturance, polishing, and unraveling of the soul requires witness. I appreciate creating a space where you can arrive with anything that weighs you down, or troubles you and walk alongside you through the muddle— to the other side.

I understand what it’s like to feel your identity shifting with age, life events, and trauma. I know the pain of meeting grief and finding nothing makes sense anymore and feeling the longing of a loved one. I know how anxiety can take over the body and stop you from living peacefully and freely. I understand how depression can make it feel like joy is worlds away. I resonate with having a creative and sensitive spirit and all that comes with this path. I know what it’s like to be in the seat as a space holder and navigate the ever evolving nature of this role. I know what it’s like to challenge systems and get reacquainted with ancestors, indigenous roots, and lineage.

How we work together:
I see your struggles and there are tools to support you to move through this with tenderness, curiosity, and support. I didn’t choose my specialty by accident— I’ve seen the mixture of Internal Family Systems, Somatic Practices, village mind, tending grief, and getting in rhythm with the living world to support hundreds of clients. Together, we will weave together these practices in session so you may find more internal clarity, more safety in expressing your emotions, and relief little by little. We will explore the systems which have impacted your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being.

We will collaboratively create a set of intentions so there is a clear roadmap for our time together. Intentions allow you to show up to the healing ground with reverence, respect, and focus. Even here, there is spaciousness to always adjust your focus. We sit together at a pace that meets you exactly where you are.

Elements that support healing and growth:
What I have found is—we must be present and embodied while processing, metabolizing, and integrating. It is more about remembering our worth and belonging rather than creating it. It’s not a path to walk alone. Our healing and well-being not only positively impacts ourself, it impacts the health of our communities and villages, and repairs ancestral wounds. Our connection with the living world is a key factor in well-being. The therapy room is not big enough for what you are holding— we also need relations with our elders, ancestors, and the village/community.

Trauma (rough initiation) does not define you— they are moments in time which lacked a loving witness and you have the capacity to be that for all the parts of you, alongside the support of your therapist and other supports. These wounds can be healed and you can come out on the other side with stronger roots, more surety in yourself, an open heart, and more life force moving through you. Your soul is just waiting to express and the more you slow down and be with what arises, the more expressed, and soft your soul becomes.

Next steps:
If you feel called to reach out for 1:1 and/or group work, you can do so by reaching out here. Share what brings you in briefly and any questions you may have— and we can go from there! I look forward to meeting you!
