My passion is helping people grow and learn by building strong, fulfilling relationships in their lives. I believe that healthy relationships are essential to emotional well-being, and I strive to create a collaborative, supportive bond with each client. Together, we focus on your values and identify what works best for you throughout your therapeutic journey.

I graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2014 with a dual master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. Since then, I have lived in several states and gained valuable experience in diverse settings — from working at a private school for students with learning differences in New Jersey, to serving as a middle school counselor in Colorado, to practicing as a therapist in a group private practice. I have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges.

I also love incorporating animals into my work. My Border Collie, Isla, often joins sessions and brings a unique and calming presence to the therapeutic process. It’s incredible to see the positive impact she has on clients.
