My passion is helping people grow and learn by building strong, fulfilling relationships in their lives. I believe that healthy relationships are essential to emotional well-being, and I strive to create a collaborative, supportive bond with each client. Together, we focus on your values and identify what works best for you throughout your therapeutic journey.

I graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2014 with a dual master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. Since then, I have lived in several states and gained valuable experience in diverse settings — from working at a private school for students with learning differences in New Jersey, to serving as a middle school counselor in Colorado, to practicing as a therapist in a group private practice. I have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges.

One thing you must know, I love animals and often incorporated my Australian Shepherd, Athena, into my sessions. The newest addition to my family, a little Border Collie named Isla, is currently in training and excited to follow Athena’s paw-steps. I cannot wait for her to join my sessions. I feel a dog adds such a unique element to the therapeutic process, and it has been amazing seeing the positive effect they have had on my clients.
