As relational beings, feeling connected—to ourselves and to others—is essential to emotional wellbeing. The stories we carry about who we are are often shaped by relationships, culture, ancestry, and community, and these narratives can quietly influence how we experience life. Therapy offers a space to explore these layers with curiosity and care, making room for new understanding and more authentic ways of being. Whether working individually or in relationships, I believe healing happens through connection and collaboration.
I work with adolescents, individuals, parents, and couples/families using an attachment, systems, and narrative-informed approach. Therapy focuses on meaning-making, emotional attunement, and reducing shame, helping clients develop more compassionate, grounded, and connected ways of relating to themselves and others.
If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or carrying more than feels sustainable, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and approach yourself with curiosity, compassion, agency, and autonomy. I welcome you to reach out when you’re ready to explore what healing could look like for you.
