I’ve worn many hats from the same milliner. I get to take all that experience and exposure and curate treatment plans for each client.
I’m a Licensed Social Worker, mom (of kids and dogs), divorcee, co-parent & professional who’s worn many (MANY) hats.
I’ve been told my energy is inviting and magnetic. People feel at ease with me. After years working for the state government and safety net hospitals, I’m on a mission to help executives & families (moms, dads, & their kids) find their path, their joy, and their purpose.
You're unique, and so is my treatment. I don’t have a one-size fits all approach. Our sessions are collaborative, guided, deep, & occasionally uncomfortable (my job is to help you feel calm in discomfort).
Is it trauma that is holding you back? Do you startle easily? If so, EMDR may be for you.
If you can’t seem to focus, I am competent in treating ADHD.
If you freak out when you hear the news, you’ll learn effective grounding techniques.
If your stomach hurts, or you have frequent headaches, we tap into somatic work (it’s a whole body experience-the brain and the body are one).
If you’re scared of love, or if love has hurt you, attachment work comes into play.
Are you navigating a divorce, contentious or otherwise? Is co-parenting having you pulling your hair out? I am a trained divorce coach and co-parenting specialist and have relationships with local attorneys and CFI and PRE professionals in Denver,
