Heidi is a child and family therapist who works with children ages birth-14 and adults. Heidi believes resilience is the heart of healing and personal growth. Heidi’s approach is centered around offering compassion coupled with evidenced based approaches and a deep understanding of each individual’s unique experiences. Heidi helps children and adults recover from trauma and loss and improve emotional regulation and coping strategies. Heidi utilizes her training in play therapy, dyadic child/parent therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and emotionally focused family therapy. Heidi also provides parent coaching and facilitates Circle of Security Parenting Groups as a certified COSP facilitator.
