I truly believe in the power of authenticity, connection, and courage in the healing process. I have worked with clients of all ages who are neurodivergent like myself. So, I get how you can experience exhaustion that can come from masking, perfectionism, and chronic burnout, and am super passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals in untangling shame, redefining success, and building lives rooted in self-compassion rather than survival.
Over the course of my career, I have worked in a wide range of settings, including a university community clinic, domestic violence shelters, treatment clinics, in-home therapy with individuals on the autism spectrum, and private practice. These experiences have shaped my belief that meaningful change happens in relationships built on trust, safety, and empathy.
My goal is to help those who are overwhelmed by a variety of expectations find relief and a more sustainable way of life. I aim to meet each person where they are at in providing a safe, judgement-free space where people can fully express themselves and are met with compassion and collaboration.
