Hello! I am delighted that you are considering beginning a counseling journey. I have been a therapist for 20 years and am still in awe that I get to walk alongside people in this way. My desire is to create a space where you will feel seen, heard and known. I believe that it is from this place that the deeper work of learning, growing and accepting ourselves can happen.
Over the years I have found that I work particularly well with women who are experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, relational issues, unhealthy patterns, life transitions and spiritual deconstruction. Having studied Marriage and Family Therapy, I like to explore family of origin relationships and patterns to gain a greater understanding of your sense of identity as well as the roles you may want to step away from. I am passionate about the sharing of stories, self-discovery and self-compassion.
In my free time I enjoy playing games with my family, biking, drinking tea, traveling, and sharing a good meal with friends. If you feel like I might be a good fit for you in this season, please reach out.
