That swing gets exhausting. I help you make sense of how your brain actually works, build realistic systems, and stay consistent in a way that holds. I’m direct and engaged, I’ll help you course-correct, not just talk about it.
If you grew up feeling like you couldn’t meet expectations, that tends to stick. You learn to be the one disappointed in yourself. We’ll unpack that and shift how you relate to your mind so it’s not always a fight. We’ll focus on self-compassion, emotional awareness, and changes that actually fit your life.
