You don’t have to have it all figured out. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply stuck, therapy can help you find your way back to yourself. I work with adolescents and adults who are looking for a safe, welcoming space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.
Often times, people come to see me when they are having anxiety about relationships and how to navigate changes. It is my honor to help my clients find perspective and figure out how to make changes that feel healthy. If you are overthinking situations that you are going through, we will figure out the best coping mechanisms for you, so that you can slow down and find the answers that are right for you.
Clients often come to me because they want to feel more grounded, more connected, and more empowered in their lives. My approach is warm, inclusive, and collaborative- honoring your values, your identity, and your unique path. Together, we’ll create a therapeutic space where healing can happen naturally through reflection, curiosity, and meaningful growth.
In session, I blend evidence-based approaches with holistic practices, drawing from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) mindfulness, nature-based techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Gestalt therapies- which helps clients become present in their bodies. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, family dynamics, or simply seeking clarity, I will meet you where you are, with compassion and tools to support your mind, body, and spirit.
